Meet Natalie
Natalie Eltahir is the creative founder of Popcorn Concierge, a Seattle-based specialty snack brand shaped by hospitality, culture, and culinary care.
Established in 2022, Popcorn Concierge was created to bring a more stylish, expressive, and intentional touch to a familiar favorite.
Inspired by my grandmother, who carried the spirit of Mississippi through the culture of Chicago and into Seattle, Popcorn Concierge is a tribute to her strength, warmth, and timeless sweetness.
With a background in hospitality, Natalie has always believed food should do more than satisfy appetite. It should create a feeling. It should reflect care, spark connection, and turn everyday moments into something worth sharing.
What began as a business idea grew into something much deeper. Popcorn Concierge was built in response to an overlooked space in the market: the need for clean ingredients, beautiful flavors, and a more graceful snack experience all at once.
